Are you an outdoorsy woman or do you know someone who is? If so, you might want to point them in the direction of this very cool group, “Sisters on the Fly.” The organization boasts 6,500 members across the nation, making it the largest outdoor adventure group for women in the U.S.

What is “Sisters on the Fly” all about? Basically anything that pertains to outdoor adventure for women: campouts, hiking adventures, backpacking, and even cruises and parties are partaken in happily.

Ford is striving to improve the sustainability of their vehicles by using more recycled, renewable, and recyclable materials.

Since 2011, the seat foam on all new Ford vehicles manufactured in North America have been made of soy. This cuts down on carbon dioxide emissions, and reduces oil dependence.

The new Ford F-150 utilizes high-strength aluminum alloy in its body, decreasing

"Women are especially underrepresented in the tech industry, making up just 18 percent of computer science graduates in the United States....The number of technology-related degrees awarded in the United States is rising, but men alone cannot meet the demand. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts jobs in tech fields will grow to more than 9 million by 2022 -- an increase of about 1 million jobs since 2012. Women must close the gap."
